LINE FOLLOWING ROBOT
INSTRUCTIONS
- For IEEE member 150/- per team and Non-IEEE member 200/- per team. Click here for Combo pack!
- It is an Offline Event.
- Participants must bring their College ID card.
Game Rules:- The robot must start behind the starting line and must move along the designated
track until it touches the finishing line.
Each team will be given 3 tries to achieve the team’s fastest time.
- Team members will be given 1 minute of setting up time before the start of their game.
The robot must reach the finishing line within 3 minutes. The timer will be stopped
when the robot touches the finishing line.
- Retry is allowed. Robot must be placed behind the starting line when retrying. Retry is compulsory every time the robot goes away from the track.
- Only the two team members are allowed to enter the game field.
- Certificates will be provided for all the participants.
- Prize winners will be honoured with certificates at our valedictory function.
- The Participants will be disqualified at any point of time if they engage in any malpractice or fails to meet the event criteria.
Robot Specifications:
- Robot must move autonomously and start with a push a button. Any wireless/wired
remote control is not allowed.
- The size of the robot shall not exceed 20cm (length) x 20cm (width) x 20cm (height).
The total weight of the robot including its power source and other parts of the robot
shall not exceed 5kg.
- The electric voltage anywhere in the bot should not be more than 12V DC at any point. Width of the black line in arena will be 18 mm. The track may contain crossed, curved and discontinues black lines. The total length of track will be maximum 50 feet
All robots must be designed and manufactured
no damage to the field.
